A national licence in Latin script (French, Spanish, English…) is accepted in Morocco for tourist stays. If yours uses another script, bring an international permit.

Paved roads to Merzouga, Ouarzazate or Imlil are fine in a city car. For unpaved tracks, take a 4x4 and check that mileage is unlimited.

You pick a car, fill a one-page form — no account needed — and the agency receives your request instantly by WhatsApp and email. It accepts or declines, usually within 20 minutes. You are notified by email and SMS.

After 30 minutes it gets an SMS chase. After 60 minutes the request expires automatically, you are notified, and we show you three cars available on the same dates. The agency’s public response time reflects it.

Never. Your tracking page is reachable through a unique link sent by email. Keep that email — it is your only access.

Your driving licence, your passport or ID, and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit. If your licence is not in Latin script, add an international permit.

The agent walks around the car with you and notes existing damage on the contract. Take five minutes to photograph the bodywork, wheels and windscreen yourself, with the date visible. Do it again on return.
