If something goes wrong
The car is not at the meeting point
Call the agency first, from your tracking page. If there is no answer within 15 minutes, message us on WhatsApp with your reference: we take over and look for a replacement.
The agency asks for more than the quoted price
Do not sign. The total on your voucher is what the agency committed to. Contact us straight away with your reference.
Dispute over the deposit or the car’s condition
Send us your pick-up and return photos plus the signed contract. We mediate, and we can suspend an agency from the platform.
